 Donate to TRU today!

Support TRU's work fighting to improve Detroit Transit!

Thanks so much for your past support of TRU, Supporter!

As you decide your year-end giving, please include transit and TRU again this most critical year!

As you know, affordable transport is essential for our neighbors to access jobs, health care, education, and family.

Attractive rapid transit
is essential for making our region a place young people want to stay.

Effective regional transit is essential
for Detroit to revitalize and become the thriving region it can and must become.

As Detroit's transit advocate for 15 years, TRU has a proven track record of effective advocacy.

Please donate to TRU today!

Thanks to your previous support, TRU had a very productive year in 2015 promoting transit benefits, mobilizing transit supporters, and watchdogging the RTA and DDOT.

The work of TRU and our allies helped enable significant transit progress in 2015, including:

  • RTA planning for rapid transit on Woodward, Gratiot, and Michigan Ave
  • Much-needed improvements to DDOT bus service
  • Improved coordination between area transit agencies
  • M-1 Rail construction

With 2016 the make-or-break year for regional transit, your support for TRU's work could never be more important.

Please donate to TRU today!

You'll get a deduction on your taxes.

TRU will get critical funds to fight for improved transit.

And our region will get vital support for quality regional transit for decades to come!

PS - Transportation Riders United (TRU) is Detroit's nonprofit transit advocate, working since 1999 to improve bus service, remove barriers to rapid transit, and advocate for smart transportation investments
